Email Specialist / CRM Manager

On behalf of a Danish/International furniture company, we are looking for an Email Specialist / CRM Manager to support a key transition period within email marketing and automation.

The position
You will support the organisation as the interim Email Specialist, taking ownership of all email execution across markets during the transition phase.

This includes:

• Campaign emails and newsletters
• Automated email flows
• Coordination with brand and design teams
• Supporting localization across markets

There is potential for a full-time role following the project.

Project team
You will be part of the Performance Marketing team, working alongside specialists within:

• Paid (Google, Social)
• SEO
• Digital performance

You will report to the Head of Performance Marketing.

Your profile
You bring experience with:

• End-to-end execution of email campaigns and newsletters across multiple markets
• Working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Setting up and managing automated email flows
• Translating brand and design assets into high-performing email executions
• Localization of email content across markets (with support from junior profiles)
• Copywriting and optimization of email content to drive engagement and conversion

You likely have:

• 3–5 years’ experience within email marketing / automation
• A strong hands-on and detail-oriented approach
• Experience working with performance marketing teams
• The ability to work independently and cross-functionally

You possess the ability to:

• Build, set up and execute emails in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Manage and optimize automated email journeys
• Work with content, copy and campaign setup end-to-end
• Ensure consistency across multiple markets and stakeholders
• Collaborate with brand, design and performance teams
• Balance speed and quality in a high-paced environment

Practicalities

• Language: Business-fluent English is required
• Start date: 20 April, 2026
• Duration: 3 months
• Extension: Possible, also potential for full time employment
• Work format: Primarily onsite (Copenhagen area), but hybrid setup possible once onboarded
