Interim Consultant & Business Analyst

On behalf of Assessio, a European leader in talent assessment and people analytics, we’re looking for a talented and motivated early-career professional to support the Chief Revenue Officer during a key transitional period. The position
In this role, you’ll conduct commercial analyses, write and design executive-level reports and presentations, and project manage business development activities. • Support the CRO with commercial and strategic tasks
• Design and prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and business cases
• Conduct business and data analyses to inform decision-making
• Project manage business development activities and initiatives
• Work autonomously, proactively solving problems and pushing tasks forward
• Act as a trusted thought partner and execution lead
• Balance structure and flexibility, navigating a fast-paced, evolving environment with a positive, can-do attitude
• Communicate clearly and confidently in English (written and spoken)

Your profile
You are a recent graduate or early-career professional with a strong academic background from CBS or similar, and a natural flair for problem-solving. You are confident in navigating ambiguity and prioritizing initiatives, bringing a structured, analytical mindset, and a proactive attitude. Perhaps you've had an internship in management consulting, a relevant part-time role during your studies, or worked in a business-focused role where you've gained experience analyzing data, creating presentations, or supporting strategic projects.

The ideal candidate:

• Recent graduate and 1–2 years of relevant experience (e.g., consulting, business, tech)
• Strong analytical, commercial, and strategic skills
• Independent and self-motivated, with strong attention to detail
• Thrives in an entrepreneurial and high-performance environment
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; able to visualize and communicate complex ideas clearly
• Excellent communicator in English
