Process Consultant to Danish leading payment solution provider

 

On behalf of a leading Nordic payment, card and information service provider, we are looking for a strong freelance Process Consultant beginning asap.

 

About the role

In the role as Process Consultant, you will help with the mapping, development, operation and maintenance of processes with strong professional skills.  You will meet many organizational and managerial challenges and help set the framework for preparing and setting up workshops, various process documentation and other procedures and processes. 

Your primary tasks will consist of:

  1. Facilitating workshops for the establishment of as-is and to-be processes.
  2. Documenting processes in process tools such as Visio.
  3. Description of procedures, governance, and processes.

 

About you

You are a professionally strong consultant with good stamina and the ability to operate and follow up on the projects you are responsible for. In addition, you are a strong communicator, and you know how to run projects that also include management of other employees and stakeholders. You also have a special ability to identify the needs of your organization, both in terms of staffing and organizational development. Furthermore, you are able to provide a qualified response, and your coaching and consulting skills within professional and personal issues are sublime.

Furthermore, you are a person who can easily put into words what happens in the room with a strong intuition and overview. Therefore, you are also a team player and can create and maintain good relationships with stakeholders.

 

Practical

The role starts asap with an expected duration of 3 months and a commitment equivalent to full-time. The work will be carried out at the customer's headquarters in Ballerup.
