Senior Consumer Engagement Specialist for one of the largest food companies

On behalf of a large danish food company, we are looking a Senior Consumer Engagement Specialist. In this exciting new role, you can transform the way they engage consumers and build loyalty around a strong passion for food. If you want to make an impact and contribute to a digital transformation journey in one of Denmark’s largest food companies, then this is your chance! Design their future consumer engagement program and shape the way they create loyalty, connect and interact with their consumers digitally.

Drive a Digital Transformation

You will be part of the company's new established organization, where they develop their business through a focus on branding, consumer engagement, and innovation. They are on a journey, expanding the categories organisation as they want to reach new heights. This means that you can be influential and affect the business's operations.

Specifically, you will be part of their Digital Experiences team – a young and dedicated team working with digital presence and communities on social media, websites, and other digital touch points. 

Influence the way they turn unknown consumers into loyal ambassadors

In the role, you will be responsible for setting the direction and defining their way of working with consumer engagement and customer loyalty. You will shape how they connect and interact with their consumers as well as design, develop, and maintain their future consumer engagement program. You will be responsible for building consumer-centric solid communities from which to engage and inspire consumers and create more significant brand equity. Furthermore, you will define how they use various data to improve their consumer offer and value creation so that unknown consumers become loyal ambassadors. Once the direction is set, you will help scale the program across their global markets.

Your specific tasks include:

  • In collaboration with their Director of Digital Experiences, you must develop a strategy for their consumer engagement program that ensures a strong connection with the consumer
  • Identify consumer pains and gains and leverage these insights to create a program that creates value for consumers
  • Integrate the consumer program into a cohesive user experience that connects their various digital touch points. That is, identify which digital platform will facilitate the program
  • Develop and drive execution of the program on the chosen digital platform together with the digital experience team and the Marketing Brand team
  • Working closely with the Data and Insights team, setting up KPIs, and tracking ongoing performance

Consumer-centric mindset spiced with great stakeholder management skills

You hold a relevant master’s degree e.g., within marketing, IT, international business or the like combined with several years of experience working with either digital experiences, consumer programs, digital data, or business development. You might also have worked specifically with loyalty programs. You have a data driven and consumer-centric mindset and master English orally and in writing.

You possess strong stakeholder management skills, and it comes natural for you to build and maintain strong relations. As a person, you are positive with a strong drive and can-do-attitude. They are on a transformation journey which means that you need to be comfortable with change and with fast shifting priorities. This also means that you have a unique opportunity to influence the way they work and set the direction for your own area.
