Interim Content Manager to Georg Jensen

On behalf of one of Denmark’s most well-known design brands, we’re looking for an experienced project manager profile to organize the day-to-day of the creative team and who thrives on ensuring structured and systematic project delivery. With strong stakeholder and time management skills, you will be pivotal in overseeing asset creation and delivery. This includes developing and maintaining production schedules, managing the content database and budget management of content production. Furthermore, you will be tasked with optimizing the briefing system and responsible for daily resource planning of the creative team in close collaboration with the Senior Art Director.

The role:

  • Manage the creative team, including copywriter, senior and junior graphic designers, and freelancers, by managing tasks, workload, and deadlines.
  • Key contact on timing of marketing deliverables, including coordination of project schedules and workloads using Smartsheet, adjusting assignments and deadlines as needed while clearly communicating priorities and timelines to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all content assets and content packages according to brief and overall strategy, prioritization of creative formats, and reaching intended recipients and locations (e.g. SharePoint or Kontainer). 
  • Manage content database, including naming hierarchy and database structure, gathering content assets (i.e. copy, images, videos), communicating clear guidelines on usage rights
  • Overseeing translation process and deliveries
  • Budget management of content production

Your profile:

As interim Content Manager you bring a positive energy and experience from similar roles in project management and content production. You have a relevant educational background and a collaborative nature, exceptional communication skills and quick to build rapport with colleagues and team. With a solid digital background and broad understanding of media content, you are agile and results oriented, driven by delivering high quality in a timely manner.

Practical information:

  • Position: Full time, 37 hours
  • Location: Georg Jensen HQ in Frederiksberg, with options to work remotely
  • Contract duration: 3-6 months
  • Start: as soon as possible, early November
  • Working language: English, Danish language also beneficial
